Tire Warning Light on (2011 GTI)

The tire light warning just came on. I checked the pressure of each tire. It is about 32 psi each and they are about even. I tried to reset the tire light via the glove compartment but the light instantly come back on. What gives? Is the pressure too low?

Might be too low. What does the sticker say on your door? My 2010 has 38psi.

it says 38psi on the door panel sticker but 32psi is too low, really?

It doesn't hurt to fill them up and see if it goes away.

Turn the engine off, then put the acc mode on. Then reset (hold it down for a bit), then done

My TPMS light comes on as soon as the pressure drops below 35psi. That's good though, because I can actually feel the difference when I put them back up to 38-40psi.

I shouldn't have posted in this thread... mine just came on when I was coming home, lol...

you would think the ABS way of monitoring would have less error lights than the TPMS... I guess not.

As I understand it only the US models have the full TPMS as standard everyone else can have the Flat Tyre Indicator if they want to pay 35 which is worth every penny.
