The most daunting part of a retro fit is def. The aiming/aligning process.
Over engineering is a must. Or the vibrations of daily driving will shake everything loose.
Matt and his crew from theretrofitsource.com have been great guys to buy from. Their customer service is second to none. Tonight I'll be aligning the h15 position. I'll post more pics tonight. I have halo's behind the shrouds. I'll also be adding some led blinkers. This should be a pretty neat set-up when I finish.

ive seen some questions asked on PHD's post directed towards me.
components im using in my retrofit were based on fittment and reliability.
also light output is pretty much the same vs. other well known projectors. you can see in my photo showing the beam pattern it doesnt get any better then that. the flicker and cut off are really one of the best around period. Morimoto matchbox bi-xenon projectors were used in the h15 or highbeam position also your day-time running lights. they are the only projectors small enough to do so. you'll see more as i progress.

maybe some LED turn signals off of a bike would work. I have some different options i am going to try playing with here in a few weeks. Let me know how the quad is coming out for you.
