sorry for opening old thread, but can you help me out? I got Second hand GTI and I am trying to figure out what has been modified in it, what is OEM. My boot sticker says N7F, yet my seats look like this:

My wheel according to the boot should be 1MQ = Leather trimmed sports steering wheel with Tiptronic and aluminum appearance - does anybody here have 1MQ? I would like to confirm that it actually comes without radio controls:

Those are partial leather seats, vinyl sides and bolsters, leather back and butt.

1MQ has the exact description of your steering wheel.

A 1xp for example would be mine with audio controls:
1XP = Leather trimmed multi-function sports steering wheel
