Hahaha big bold letters.."HPFPUPGRADE"

Guess we'll never see a TSi even close to this.

Definitely built just for high HP and drag runs. Liquid/Air IC isn't the best for daily driving. Respect the fact they could get so much power out of it. Pretty damn impressed.

Ready to race!
Numbers are cool and all, that shut already torque steer while it's stock, I can't imagine wat it's like with 700 horses

Impressive #'s yes, but IMO, anything over 250HP in a fwd car is simply pointless as it'll never hook up completely, regardless of how much $$$ or improvements you try to make.

Drag car, sure, with slicks and everything else on it, I'll bet it pulls some serious times.

I remember a couple of 700HP+ GTI's built, with AWD, but they couldn't get the fluid to stay compliant, after barely a pull or two, the fluid was basically water.

So yeah, the numbers give you bragging rights and the ability to shred tyres and pavement like nobodies business, but for practicality purposes, I don't see it. And what about the clutches you'd eat up too?

Also, there's no point in sticking it to the Mazda guys for this, as it happens in almost every fwd community, VW included.

Kudo's for building this kind of monster though.
