Cobb tuned 335xi N54 vs Stage 3 Eurodyne mk6

2008 N54 335xi. Twin turbo inline 6. Cobb Access-Port tune only. No other mods. No passengers in either car.

- I have a EFR turbo with Eurodyne Maestro 7 software.

- I had boost set at 21psi.

- Both 40 ish rolls in 2nd gear.

- first run: I can't stop spinning even when I shift into 3rd gear it spun the whole time.

- second run: tires are warmed and 3rd gears hooks.

I know this isn't really a competition but its kinda cool to watch. Our little GTI's can move out with aftermarket turbo's.

I need to run a FBO 335. Anyone in the DMV holler at me :-)

Nice runs, not really a cobb fan at all for the 335xi or any car. Your car moves though.

First run he fucked up a shift...
Second run same issue...
The second he starts pulling ... then hits a wall WTF?

Lol wut? Watch his suspension. It drops and raises right back up. Meaning he didn't miss a shift. That's obvious.

That "wall" he hits, is me getting traction. Haha. The only reason it looks like he's "pulling" is because I'm spinning like crazy.

Yeah piggy back is the way to go with the n54 until you get aftermarket turbos, then it's nice to stack the piggy and flash.

Maxtdi is just an asshole in every topic. I'm not really sure why he owns a mk6 or wastes his time on any forum.

Haha. I dunno how he even came up with the idea to write that. It's blatantly obvious he didn't miss a shift. Whateva.

Who knows a FBO 335 in the DMV that wants to run? May have to troll a bimmer forum and find someone haha. Just may have to, to get you guys a decent video.

there are VERY few (less than 5) n54s making more than 550wtq

That's Dzenno, who has a custom head job and a ton of work with RB turbos, made 553whp/631wtq. this is the highest

A custom big single turbo which makes 660whp/540wtq on e85 that had substantial dyno tuning by Shiv@vishnu.

due to AT transmission issues it's not easy to push past 500wtq, which is only hit with FBO, Meth/e85 and RB turbos.

A run of the mill Cobb FBO n54 is barely breaking 400wtq.
