As the pictures and the title say, my BSH rear sway bar broke!! It broke on the same spot as other people;

Seem like, BSH noticed about this flaw design/production, and get away easily by stop selling this product on their website.
This is what BSH advertised on their website before they stop selling it;
"This swaybar has been designed to provide you a lifetime of use"
"Solid bar stock was used to ensure that our swaybar would live up to our bulletproof standards and never snap like has been seen with competing products"
What's a joke? I only have around 15,000KM with this sway bar, and only been to a track once (last year). I live in Bangkok area, so no salty environment. I drive pretty normal and conservative. It’s just a little over one year and the warranty is already over :-(
I contacted them and they said they have discontinued this product. They said they still have one bar left, and they can send it to me but I have to pay for the shipping. Fair enough but NO THANKS!!! I don't want a product that might have a problem, or a product that you somehow decided to discontinue!
I can't say much because my warranty is over. But the bottom line is; since this problem happened many times, I think they knew that this product has a problem, that’s why they have discontinued it. What's about the customers who have bought this product? What's about the statement that BSH advertised on their website before? Can I trust anything on BSH website?
NO MORE BSH for me and be warned for those who have this installed!!
