I wholeheartedly agree with the article, as I'm pretty open minded when it comes to cars. If it has an engine and wheels, it's got my attention.

I draw the line at cheesy JC Whitney or Pepboys builds, though.

You should try reading the article, brosepherous, it makes some good points, and doesn't talk about stancing a car.

Article summary:

Includes pictures of some poor, butchered Audis..

Author forgets to include in last paragraph about how there is no arguing bad taste.

Doing that to an old classic Mercedes is the equivalent of ordering a $150 steak at a restaurant and then dumping ketchup all over it.
