Actually they are $902.85 a set with tax. Ask me how I know

Does anyone know if the TOP and Charge pipe will fit an S3 or Golf R intercooler as well as the stocker?

They should... They're exact oem locations so if you installed an S3 IC with stock TOP and charge pipe then it should be identical if that makes sense.

Well I just thought cash for no tax was a lose for them since any CC charges are like 2% while tax is like 9%... But good news for us then haha. I'll give them a call on Monday to ask about it.

What you do is negotiate your discounted sale price, and then at the end before you pay you say, "can i pay cash and no tax?"
