Compared to coil overs (say KW variant 2's) how do bags handle in the corners?

Haha, it depends on what bags and struts you have. Most wont handle the way coilovers, especially KW's, but you can get a bag setup to handle very nicely. They have come a long way in the last couple of years.

It also depends on how much air you have in the bags at the time.
