UPDATE! We are looking to add not one, not two, but THREE talented Individuals to our team!
YES WE ARE HIRING! We anticipated an extremely busy spring and summer and made some additions to our team, but we have started to excel at a more rapid pace than we expected. Now to accommodate our customers' needs and timelines like we always have in addition to the same excellent customer service and quick turnaround they are used to.
Positions Open:
1) Mechanic
2) Service and Support Rep
3) Marketing Guru and German related sales
Mechanics - We would prefer someone with Audi, VW, Porsche and BMW experience, particularly someone who has worked at a dealership or a reputable facility. Please only send your info if you already have mechanical experience, can efficiently and properly complete mechanical repairs/upgrades, have a good attitude, and are willing to take direction.
Service and Support Rep - Excelerate Performance is looking for an individual who can follow direction, work well with others.. especially in a team setting. This person will work with the Owner (service writer) and the mechanics with parts ordering, and relaying messages to the customer via phone and in person. This individual must also posses strikingly positive communication skills and be automotive savy. Excelerate Performance is also a distributor for many well know German aftermarket brands. We cover the Northeast territory for a majority of them, so this person will also be willing to support out dealer network for order status, phone support etc. This person will likey be trained with APR DPP software for this purpose. If you have knowledge of the flashing process, this is a huge plus!
Marketing and Sales Guru - This person has extensive knowledge in the German aftermarket, community forum experience and marketing experience. This person will be maintaining the companies website and blogging (wordpress based, HTML experience preferred but not needed), SEO for website, and e-commerce stores, all media (photography/video) and participation in online forums. Preferred is someone that has some sort of design experience to generate content for sales generation as well. This person will also be answering in coming calls and be able t provide customer with information on German products.
