I took a look at it again over the weekend and it sounds like the noise is coming from the plunger and not where the bolt is. Which bushing are you talking about?
The actual bolt the pedal pivots on.

Was sorta my question last year on this topic. My squeaky clutch pedal is intermittent. Most of the time it's silent. Hoping someone has the answer as I would like to take it apart someday........... Does the pedal spring out when i take the bolt off?

That's exactly how mine was at first. I initially sprayed white lithium grease in through the hole where the plunger goes. That kept it pretty quiet for a couple of weeks each time, but it kept coming back until I replaced that master cylinder.
I'd bet you can probably beat the price for an OEM part, but here are the options ECS has:

Thanks for the update and links. I guess having an aftermarket clutch isn't helping the cause either. I'll just keep using it until the squeaks are no longer bearable or until the plastic master cylinder just explodes.
Is yours on all the time or does the noise only comes on when the engine bay gets hot? if its the later, try cruising on the highway and see if the noise goes away.
When I had the issue I thought it was the master cylinder as well, it's not. Take that bolt out that the pedal pivots on, grease it up, put it back in and your noise will go away.
IDK if this will work, but this was mine:

Alright, you win, I will grease it up after work today and report back. was yours triggered by heat as well? I can't go on instagram at work, will check it out when I get home.
It was in the middle of the summer, so it could have been heat related. The car sat for like a week as I was riding my bike and the next time I went to drive it the clutch was squeaking. I believe this was the summer of 2013. I lubed some never-seaze on that pin and it hasn't made a noise since.
If I remember right, you remove a nut, and take that bolt out. There is a spring behind the pedal, and it's kind of a bitch to get back in, but it's better than dealing with that noise. You can probably back the bolt out enough to goop some kind of lube on there and push it back it without taking it fully out and having to deal with the spring.
Thanks for the heads up, in that case, I will slide a pin in the hole while I take the bolt out. Did you just grease the bolt and slide it back in? There are no bushings or rubber that I should grease in there I assume. Sounds like you fixed it relatively quick.
The "bolt" is smooth in the center and acts like a bushing.
