Squeak/scrape noise front top of the driver side front wheel!

Hey guys, have any of you run into a squeak/scrape noise like this? Had 3 shops check suspension and they told me everything was tight...

Splash guards seek to be intact and yes i have rotiform kps wheels

I don’t think so, I’ve had my wheels on since last November and this creak just started about 2 weeks ago after I got an alignment and adjustable swaybar endlinks installed. Went back to the two shops that did the work and they said everything was tight...
