Other notable awesome Mayo combos:
-wasabi mayo (good with fish, sushi topping)
-hot sauce (pick your favorite) with mayo (excellent with fries, again good with sushi)
-old bay in mayo (fish sandwiches, crab cake sandwiches)

If I get a burger and the only sauce on it is mayo then I add ketchup to it.

Mayochup, a.k.a. fry sauce. It ain't bad, just another way to up the fat intake of fries. Aioli = yum.
