Hey cacophony555,
Im looking into getting a 4D automatic 2.5L Golf I saw this post by yourself in a thread
"Considering this is a 2011 I wouldn't consider it a good deal. You can get a 2011 for more than $2k under invoice in the SF Bay Area right now, and I got a 2012 for $1500 under invoice. It may be more difficult to get a good deal in your area though, so if you're satisfied that's all that matters.
BTW, I paid ~$17.2k + TTL for my new 2012 Golf w/ convenience package and distinction kit (msrp was $19,694). The 2011 probably would have been ~$16.5k + TTL b/c of the rebate."
Do you mind looking at my thread http://www.golfmk6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=29457
I was wondering how negotiated your deal so well. Do you think I could do better?
Thanks,
Psab
