seems like the stage 1 setting is reverting back to stock mode automatically. fixes when I switch to stock, and then back to stage 1 setting again.

I own a 2010 GTI and I installed an APR carbino intake, and then got the APR stage 1 tune. A week after, I installed a magnaflow catback exhaust and kept the stock downpipe.
Do i need to get a reflash due to changing the catback? or only when changing the downpipe?
