i drove around with the apex lowering spring but hated the bounce it gave.
so back to the shop and got the KW V2 kit.
after install i came to the conclusion that my wheels where realy hitting my fenders. so the cheapest and best option was changing the ET value.
after lots of fiddeling with the height i found the right height for me.
just low enough to have an agressive front and speedbumps arnt a problem anymore
