Snow tires on. New wiper blades too

Now at 105,000 mi so just changed the oil (Liqui Moly 4w-40 4.9 L) and filter (OEM VW). Torqued oil bung to 30 Nm's and filter to 24 Nm's. Also replaced the front wipers.

I replaced it because of an oil leak. The diaphragm was fine with no squealing. But now I think the oil leak might be coming from my camshaft position sensor. I’m not getting any codes just a slow weeping oil leak. Maybe I should just look for a new gasket/o-ring. it's looking kind of like...

Ok, just regaped to 0.028" and it didn't blow up. Torqued to 22'# as usual

Mabey I'm running to big of a gap at 0.032" which I think is the stock (VW factory) gap. I am APR stage 2 should I regap them all?
