There is a restrictor valve in the clutch line. I forget what it does exactly, but it can make the clutch pedal inconsistent. Removing it is supposed to make the clutch more predictable.

Are all the stepper motors the same part number? Maybe swap it with another stepper motor to rule that out. They are not expensive but would save the wait time.

Did this issue happen out of the blue or did you change something on the printer?

My daily gets crap mileage. The Prelude averages about 25 which is about where the GTI is. Both take premium. GTI has about 150 more HP tho 🏎️
