Fair enough. If I leave at say 4 am, 13 hours later is 5 pm. Add 3 hours for gas, food, and stretching, which puts me at 8 pm which gives me a solid amount of time in case I need to stop more from just fatigue. Splitting it into two days would make it quite easy and comfy, but I'd leave a day...

Road tripping to Nashville this weekend... 12hr 52min from start to finish. I've done 10/11-hour days before, but I get the feeling that 13 is just going to be too much. Do I overnight somewhere on the way? Or just fucking send it and get a ton of sleep afterward?

Mk5 to mk7 is nearly the same hatch space no? Ask UB, he has a tiggy, and I think it's done him well.

What did you do to your MK6 today?

    Yeah, fuck inspections.

What did you do to your MK6 today?

If you're running an older tune there's a very high chance they've disabled that o2 monitor for no CEL. Also, catted DP should be enough to pass inspection I thought.

What did you do to your MK6 today?

Doesn't "catalyst: not ready" mean that you didn't pass that one monitor? Is your DP catless? Afaik, since the EPA started cracking down on tuners back in 2022, arent major tuners not allowed to disable the secondary (or third) o2 monitor?

What did you do to your MK6 today?

Usually if data isn't reading, it's cuz the o2 goes into some kind of limp mode where it sets the reading to zero. This reflects on your LTFT as well, it sticks to 0% or 1.00. It happens to me when I run a spacer and it reads too lean, it could also be happening if it reads too rich. Worst case...

Oh? 👀 Tacodeli still has my heart, there's a joint across the highway at work. I mean in the most basic sense BMI is weight over height. It's an indication of density. But there are flaws since muscle weighs more than fat, so you can't tell if someone's athletic as hell or just needs to lay...

I've heard great things about Torchy's So many good eats around here in ATX that I still need to try. And even more places that I have to go back to so that I can try more menu items.

Yes, I agree, but it is an indicator of if you are skinny or thick-bodied. Just wanted to support my case against being skinny.

solution: use computer LOL! To be fair, Bro was injured, so it wouldn't be easy to gym. Also, while I am lean (not skinny), my BMI puts me at 24, just under 25 which is the border between "normal" and "overweight." I have been getting back into lifting again, my roommate works at Apple and has...

Bro lives in a closet Went wine tasting today with friends. This is the second time I've gone wine tasting (both times with my wine-enthusiast roommate). We ended up going to one winery, 5/10, then we got BBQ at Salt Lick, where I stuffed my face with a ton of food. Then we went to another...

That would cost me a million dollars since it's still in the 90s here in Austin.

Working in the office makes me more efficient than at home. Also, the office has free to me A/C, we keep our home at 77deg to lower the bill, and at the office it's nice and crispy. Some of my coworkers wear hoodies, and two of them have heaters... meanwhile, I'm chillin' in a tee... these...

Check PCV and do the idle test to see if it's failed. Have the car at idle and then, pull the dipstick (not just a bit, you'll have to pull it about halfway or more) and listen if the idle changes. If the car is fine and the PCV is ok, the idle will change as you pull the dipstick and the car...
