I thought a squib round is when the projectile pretty much gets stuck in the barrel?

Anyone know what kind of failure this is called? There was lots of smoke when the primer got struck, and the projectile never left the casing. After letting the round sit for a bit, I shook it and it still sounds like there's powder inside... :confused:
