0005445 Throttle valve controller:malfunction

My setup is Apr Stage II.2, APR carbonio stage II, APR full TBE.

2 days ago I took my car to install the APR FMIC It was working fine until today. It started surging and idle was erratic coming from work. Then check with VAG and throw these fault errors any idea? THANK YOU! :

Mine did the same thing when i installed the S3IC

I cleared the fault and did a throttle body adaption and all is good over 1K

If it comes back on i would take it to the dealer as you could have a bad throttle body

Okay problem solved! took it to the dealer and found some pin connectors loose probably result of the FMIC installation...
