Hey all, hope everyone is enjoying summer and avoiding potholes and debri on our US effed up roadways. Other night I was driving home 70mph on the bypass highway between EC and Chippewa Falls WI. There is a bevy of ridiculous construction there now, and there are mistakes being made causing drivers headaches. I've seen many pulled over scratching their heads. Dark as hell and I am nearing an unmanned zone with orange barrels. Out of nowhere my right tire hits something solid, something within the yellow lines of the lane. Causes my car to shudder hard and feels like my wheel is going flat. I stop off the highway and see no damage to wheel except shift in camber. I put it on lift quick and all k can see is damage to right front spindle underside. Also there is blue paint from whatever object was laying on pavement.
Pissed pissed. I'm no GTI suspension expert but being its pulling to left and steering wheel alignment is off. What should I look at beyond strut and spindle?
