With summer starting, I'm remembering how annoying my AC system is and I don't think I can ignore it much longer. Been reading through a lot of threads about the common AC issues with these cars and I'm thinking my compressor control solenoid valve might be the issue but I wanted to get some more opinions before I decide to start fixing things.
The car's AC takes a solid 8-10 minutes to get cold when started from a cold start. After that, it stays nice and cold but for those 8-10 minutes the air coming out of the vents is completely hot and almost always has me convinced the AC went out. What do you guys think?
