I guess VW uses soy based wiring insulation just like Ford, GM, and Dodge, because the rabbits go nuts for it!
I've been getting a right fog lamp out message for a bit. No worries, wanted to upgrade to LED anyway. Finally got around to putting in the new LEDs, and surprise surprise, some frigging rabbit climbed up and ate my left side marker lamp wiring. Little bastards.
I was rather surprised to find that wiring chewed, as I never had a bulb out warning for it, and both wires were completely severed. Does the car not monitor the side markers?
Also, anyone have a rabbit stew recipe? Because I'm gonna get them little buggers...
