Bluetooth Problem

My bluetooth stops working after phone calls. Also, sometimes it disconnects randomly. Anyone ever have this problem or have a fix?

Stock, and a iPhone 11 Pro

Can you try another phone?

Maybe do a hard reset on the radio?

Check the connection on the module under the seat. Unplug it, and plug it back in, making sure it’s fully connected.

Might need to upgrade the bt module.

Wonder if there is an update available for it? Probably uses a disk, tried searching, found a bunch of bs. I can go in on my nav one and check the software and map versions.

radio firmware has updates possible. module firmware i do not believe has anything of the sort.

unplug the cable in the small foam box under the front seat and turn the vehicle on for a few seconds. Then turn the vehicle off, plug the cable back in and then restart car. this CAN reset the module but may or may not work depending on what the actual issue is.
