I have one now. I am in downtown San Diego. I also have the following VW tools:
The brake caliper piston tool for the rear (It's awesome)
Triple Square Driver Complete Set.
Coilpack puller.
A Haldex filter from a friend's old TT. If you have an R and want one it will be free you just have to pay for shipping.

Bay Area folks - got a VCDS cable as well. You have to provide your own Windows laptop since the one I have is a monstrosity (gamers' desktop replacement) and all other laptops I have are mactops.
