Can't Reset PW, website is broken

I am currently logged into the website on a browser that I was already logged in on, however I deleted my password from my password manager and now when I try to reset my password on this website every single time I try to do something it gives me an error

Even when I try to contact the administrator or someone from this website it says error

All I need is a password reset or an admin to email me about this issue

Please advise thank you
