That's my dilemma, just like cars prices trailer prices are through the roof. A year ago there was an abundance of trailers in the 2500-3000 range. Now the cheapest aluminum trailer you can find is 10k

I bought my trailer from these guys: https://rnrtrailers.com/

Based in central Michigan. All trailers are made to order. I have the 18' open car hauler. It was... $4k? brand new. Been a few years. Can't beat the price back then. Probably more expensive now but still have to be way under $10k.

I'll check it out, I'm mainly looking at used trailers now given the prices of everything

We sell boat trailers and yea, prices are nuts. Prices have just about doubled in the last couple years. It started with the tariffs and then got worse with the supply chain issues and increased cost of materials.

I went with those guys because, at least at the time, I couldn't touch a used aluminum open trailer for what I could buy their new one for. The only downside is that it took a few months from ordering to delivery.
