yep. Bummer....Im afraid that with all the trouble shooting and parts you have replaced there is only one last place to look...

yeah because once the car heats up the metal inside (piston rings) expands providing enough seal to reach decent compression.
I didnt see you mention your mileage but since you said 2009 I assume you are probably up there, at which point a compression test makes sense.

Remove high pressure follower check if it strong fuel smell. Suspect it’s flooded. BTW if the door harness was kink or short most likely have failure i.e driver front window , switch etc. before throwing parts at check for faults and pay attention to freeze frame data
Seems I had a lot of gas mixed in with my oil, enough to cause the stalling issue. All it needed was an oil change. Cured now. I’m assuming a stuck injector caused fuel to mix in. I’m a little concerned there could be some kind of damage from the fuel diluting the oil. But no codes, no running or boost issues. I’ll change the oil again in 500 miles or so and make sure everything looks good. Thanks for the help everyone!
