Convince me not to get into a Camry V6

And stick with the GTI... despite the reliability issues, carbon build up, and high and frequent maintenance costs.

bye grandpa. why not try out a passat vr6? i know sounds biased, but 280 hp n/a v6 that sounds good with exhaust mated with DSG and plenty of interior as a result.

Don't do it!!!! Had 2 camrys. Great cars. Reliable and cheap to run. But nowhere near the drive the Gti is. Stick with Gti.

x2 on this

That's what I did, since we needed a bigger car (1 kid & a baby on the way).

A muffler delete (and some bigger exhaust tips) was all it needed:

Added a Neuspeed intake 2 weeks ago too....LOTS of VR6 sound now:D

Comes with a sunroof, Fender audio, and the paddle shifters on the steering wheel too standard (amongst other things). HUGE trunk and back seat.
The V6 paired with the DSG drives waaaaaaaay better than the 2.0T & DSG combo too.

Would you say its somewhat more fun to drive than the "stock" gti for daily driving?
