Crankcase Pressure Issue

I recently hooked a vacuum sensor on top of my valve cover, when unplugged, it's showing 1000mbar which is atmospheric pressure. During idling it'd show around -20mbar, and when the car begins to boost it goes slight positive all the way, around 1010-1020 mbar. At first I thought it was my engine is generating too much blowby, until I came across some youtube videos, someone with a MK7 doing real technical tests on the MK7 PCVs (There's a discussion thread on the mk7 forum also). Apparently aftermarket turbo inlet pipes cause this behaviour. Anyone else noticed this issue? I'm using APR GTX2867R kit TIP.
