@jay745 I don't mean to be a shitty buyer, it's just a question of "is this going to be installed soon, or will it sit as a paperweight for a year" and how much expendable income I have with the recent job change + relo.
If the car doesn't have any major problems when I fire it up tomorrow to shake it down, I'll buy the rad, but if I need to fix some shits, and possibly have to order some parts, the rad wouldn't be the brightest decision.

Got roped into going to a “reggae fest” a couple weeks back. It was at a suburban brewery in an affluent coastal town. All the bands were white. One of them even co-opted a thick patois for his between songs banter. At least they didn’t have dreads.
White people with their golden retrievers and Vineyard Vines outfits talking about how much they “love reggae”
hated myself for being there.
One of my favorite ski mountains throws an annual reggaefest toward the end of ski season. A more apt name would be whitepeoplegettingreallystonedfest, but I'm not sure that's marketable.

you can be enthusiastic about whatever music you want, and I don't really see a problem if it's genuine. Granted the lyrical content will probably be different to maintain that authenticity, but nonetheless.

Seems kinda silly IMO. Like, it's a musical style. Nobody is saying it has to be accepted as a good example of said style, but if someone wants to make music in a style they like, then I see nothing wrong with that. Benn Jordan/The Flashbulb is a great example of this, lots of EDM but he's talented and comes out of nowhere with some great piano albums, etc.
Unless they're only in it for money, and chasing the flavor of the month/whatever's popular. Then fuck 'em all to death.
