Did anyone have to replace a lost key for a 2024 Golf R or similar?

I just lost a key and am about to order a new one, but information I found online has been very confusing.
Is there a better route than just going to the dealership and ordering one?

I am in Bay Area, CA btw.

When I had to get a replacement for my 17 it was only through dealer. Order and programming. I got the to waive charging for programming by buying two.

I found it to be similar for the 24. Fob and the key blade ordered. I am hoping they won’t screw up the part order. I had to remind them to order the blade as well 😒
