ECU Failure

Hey guys,

I have MK6 2013 GTI with APR stage 1. It was flashed back in 2013 so this is prior to APRs capability to do port flashing. As a result, the ECU will be damaged over time since back then they had to open up the ECU to do the flash..

To now present day:
My ECU has failed as a result. A new one costs +1100 dollars versus used cost ~$200 or less dollars.

The ECU Part # 1K0907115AT-S0020

Does anyone know any trusted third parties that sell used ECUs?

Does it matter which ECU part number is used or are all mk6 gti ECU's the same?

There are "many" different ECU numbers out there
