OK, so testing the waters here. I was planning on keeping my GTI forever, and I absolutely love it, but.......I'm really tempted to get back into a Subaru with the new WRX. Had Subarus for 12 years and miss their quirks!
Any interest in my GTI out there? All my details are in my build thread (http://www.golfmk6.com/forums/showthread.php?p=829823#post829823), but here's some specs:
2011 GTI - Tornado Red
Getting ready to hit 60k miles (highway miles, 120 mile round trip daily)
APR Stage 1 (absolutely love it)
Southbend Stage 3 drop-in clutch
Magnaflow Catback
Eibach rear swaybar
NewSouth Performance Boost Gauge
Legal NC tint all around
Stock Detroits on Bridgestone RE-11 + a set of reps on Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3.
I'd need to get $14,300 out of it. That's about Kelly Blue Book private party price for excellent condition. I would consider it commands that price with all the mods. And yes, I know you don't get all your money back out of mods, but that's a fraction of the cost of the mods that I'm tossing in.
Any feedback or interest, just let me know. Thanks!
