Fricken hail

So I'm pretty upset. We had a hail storm a couple nights ago and I didn't think anything of this. This morning I went to go wash my car and this is all over my hood. I'm pretty sure it's the hail that did it. Is there any way to buff this out? And touch it up? Or do you all think it's a paint shop job?

The paint is chipped/gone. You'd have to touch it up or have it all repainted

I'd be more concerned if it's dented as well though

No dents that I can see, I ordered touchup paint material from automotivetouchup so hopefully I can fix it
