1) BLUETOOTH is NOT included with this item, but can be added and will work with this unit
2) This unit works perfectly with all the buttons on your factory steering wheel
3) This unit will display the navigation prompts in the screen in the instrument cluster if it is the hi-line version

I think most dealers will do the update for a small fee, but SW1000 is not openly available yet. Update discs will probably be available from this vw website (search for RNS):

The unit itself has no bluetooth module within it - the bluetooth function requires a separate kit connected to it. I have the VOLK-L kit and that does not support BT audio, however, I believe the 9W2/9W3/9W7 BT kit does

You need the 9W3 or 9W7 for bluetooth audio. For the price you're better off buying the 9W7 since it does bluetooth audio and phone calls. I have a bunch of the 9W7 bluetooth modules sitting in my garage and listed on eBay that work with this navigation unit.
