Help: 4 ways stuck on + no turn signals

Car starts and runs fine, did yours as well? I have a spare key I can put the bcm back in and try tonight

Quick update I installed the bcm back in after talking to multiple techs they said the problem wouldn’t be that so I put it back in and messed around with is some more now I have no turn signal indicators on the dash come on when I either hit the hazzard button or try to use turn signals only lights that come on (exterior) are the hazzards but no clicking relay sound, headlights still work fine just won’t shut off with park brake engaged. I’m completely stumped, anyone have any other ideas

Where was the damage and what did you have to replace?

Light front end hit fenders hood bumper cover and the two crash sensors on the rad support, I should add though from the first time I hooked the battery up on the trailer it has had this issue
