Help with Puddle Lamp Coding

I've installed the OPDparts.com sequential turn signals and bought the deautokey LED lamp for the puddle lights. After a successful install, with the stock coding was 0001076 on the door module, I had the following error readout:

I then added the +2 for the new puddle lamps and input the code 0001078 and got the following:

So now my sequential turn signals work fine but the puddle lamps do not. I have tried with both the LED and the stock bulbs as well as flipped them around just in case their poles mattered.

Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas what my problem might be?

Thats the thread I followed to do the install... I'm thinking it's the coding but I'll have to check the wiring again
