Hp fuel pump pricing

I am purchasing a new high pressure fuel pump (broke the wire connector off) and have found two different price groups for it. there will be lists of pumps from various vendors( Bosch, hitachi, etc.). And some are about $150 and others are $500-800. What’s the difference? Are the high prices older units or are the low priced ones cheap junk?

buy the good ones, a shop put in a cheap one and it crapped out, ended up swapping for a better one under warranty.
