That's exactly what I did for HPDE and everything held TIGHT.

Local hardware stores have them. Just make sure you get the correct diameter.

My catback isnt centered and is starting to rub on my bumper so I ordered 4 of these.

A hose clamp and rubber washer works just as good. For about a dollar at home Depot.
