I recently picked up a ‘12 GTI to use as a fun commuter.
My ‘15 F-150 (w/ optional Kicker sub) sounds just fine for me. This GTI stock set-up sounds terrible.
I plan on upgrading the head unit to an RCD330 so as to have Apple CarPlay. I was also thinking of replacing the stock speakers, maybe adding a mini inline amp I the dash and possibly a small powered sub under the seat.
I really do not want to spend unnecessarily on this car as it’s the 3rd car I currently have, but would like to make my king commute more enjoyable
Any recommendations?
