Intake temp sensor circuit high

Alright guys so I made a post earlier about my p0118 and p0113 codes and couldn’t find the issue. I did some looking around and the intake temp sensor plug is supposed to be putting out 5v and is only putting out 3.5v. I can’t decide if it’s the pcm or some other issue and I really need some help so if anyone has any ideas please let me know. This all started after replacing my water pump which obviously required removing the intake manifold.

Are you sure everything is plugged in? I had a couple codes when I did the manifold and searched on here. Both brought up threads where someone had forgot a connector.

Do you remember what threads they were or what you searched? I couldn’t find anything. I’ve had a nagging feeling that I missed something but I can’t for the life of me find it if I did miss one
