I mean here is a question. If i have the RSR and i already have the pressure plate, can we purchase just the clutchdisk or is it recommended to get a whole new pressure plate? I ask because this looks like it still uses the DMF.

Correct it does, if your DMFW is still relatively new then I don't see why not, if it has some mileage they may recommend a new one.

No, and you don't want just the disc, you want the pressure plate as well that is machined through KMD to work with this disc, it's a kit.

They told me to sell my RSR kit and go all new so all surfaces mate and break in together which makes a lot of sense. The TT-RS PP you have now is too tall and needs to be machined down to work with the thickness of the KMD SSR+ disc.

i see. that would make it ideal to have all new surfaces and i see that they did more modifications to the TTRS PP.
