Leaking inside, in spare tire wheel wel

Hi gus, just bought a 2013 base model 2.5l and the previous owner admitted a little water was found under spare ( I'm glad he supplied that info, I may not have noticed til having a flat)
Any heads up as to where to begin? Any obvious solution or source of something like this.

Could be coming from the vent behind the wheel well in the hatch area. Could be a bad weather stripping seal on hatch. Could be a leak on the line for the rear sprayer.

I had the same problem and eventually found several rips in my weather seal for the hatch at the bottom along the top of the bumper.
