Any recommendation on what I should use to prolong the life of the leather seats in the car?

I've used Meguiar's Gold leather protectant/cleaner over the years ---- had great luck with it.

I used Zaino Bros. products on my G35 leather before and it was fantastic. I highly recommend their products, but for leather alone, you would just need Z-9 Leather Soft Spray Cleaner and Z-10 Leather in a Bottle.

Get some leatherique. The stuff is very expensive, but it is THE BEST leather cleaner/conditioner.

Lexol is great. Moisten a microfiber cloth. Apply the conditioner. Let it dry fully. Buff. It will look like the seats of a Bentley.

what leather care stuff is there that wont make my leather seats shiny?
They are new now and are very matt black....would still like that flat look if possible....

Also tinted windows help preserve leather interior in any car.

Form and function at its finest since tint saves your interior from fading/cracking due to the powerful UV rays. Plus it looks good.

My dad has been using Lexol for years on his cars. I used it in my truck before I sold it and it really kept the leather in new condition. I know others work well, but I'll stick with lexol. I think it's cheaper too than some of the others.

Do all of these products work on the steering wheel? (shifter, e brake). I would like to keep the wheeling looking decent. I know I saw some used BMWs where the wheel looked like hell despite the seats looking great.
