Hey All! wow its been a long time since i posted. i miss the good ole days when the MK6's ruled the world! wonder if any of the OGs are still around?
BUT i got a situation....
I have been trying to search this, but not getting any luck. i find similar situations. but they are getting diff fault codes. But anyways.... this is whats happening.
I started my car and drove it out of the garage. (It started and drove completely fine.) I park it..Shut it off. Locked it. I left it outside for about 5-6 hrs. I now go back to move my car into the garage....
Here is when something odd happens. I go to start it up. Reverse and it dies. So I try again to start it...long crank starts up but dies immediately. Again, I try.. long crank this time I give it gas and it dies.
so i pull out the vagcom, I scanned it and I get this:

Could this be the dreaded HPFP? I hear my fuel pump prime when I open the door.
So I’m not thinking it’s the LPFP. (Or could be)
I checked all fuses and they look ok.
What do you guys think? Possibly a relay?
I may get a new HPFP, but would rather hear what you guys think or if you experienced these symptoms as well.
I don’t want to throw money at a part I don’t need.
