Ready to race!
Hi All,
I was a previous owner of a GIAC Stage II Mk6, sold it, had a few cars in-between and now I'm back on a Red MK6, I had to come back it feels good to be home.
However, I'm about to purchase new tires for this Detroits and also upgrade to a cup kit of some sort at the same time. I'm looking for pretty much the lowest drop, with out the ride quality being overly bounce on daily drives (Or so firm it feels like the car is going to rattle apart.)
Listed below is the struts i will be getting, and ECS has a cup kit using these with nuespeed springs and listing a 2" drop, however just the springs state a 1" drop.
From what I'e mentioned can you recommend the nuespeed bilstein combo or something else? I daily drive this car to work(30 miles daily), I like spirited driving, and I'm currently on a stock tune, but should be going cobb stage II shorty, so power will come eventually.
Thanks!
