Mk6 Cruise Control

Hello all,

New to VW ownership and I read a lot about interchangeable options. Is it possible to fit cruise control to my vehicle?

I have seen on eBay parts such as 5K0953513M which is both stalks and motherboards.

Is it a case of fitting the above and away we go or does it need to be coded etc?

My vehicle is a 2012 mk6 Golf GTI.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Yes, besides fitting the hardware there would be coding involved.
