Mk6 GTI Dsg gearbox failure?

Hi guys,just bought a mk6 gti and it is jerking in D and R without any acceleration and manual mode only works at low revs also no matter how much I plant it the car will change gear at 5k I know the engine has a stage 2 map but no idea who did it will a dsg remap solve my problem or is my gearbox on its way out previous owners claims its been like this since he bought the car (2 years ago) TIa all help appreciated

Need to scan it with vcds or something similar to pull the tcu codes. Most common DSG issues are failed mechatronics or clutch packs. Hope seller didn't bone you cause it wont always throw lights at you.

Scanned it with carista and there were no fault codes changed all the mounts thinking it could be that but still no difference
